3x Mangrove Jack Californian Lager M54 - Craft Series Yeast

10g treats 23L / 5 Gallons

A unique lager strain that has the ability to ferment at ale temperatures without the associated off flavours. Extended lagering periods are also not required.

Suitable for California Common and any lager fermented at ambient (ale) temperatures.

Attenuation: High Flocculation: High

Usage Directions: Sprinkle directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-20 degrees C (64-68 degrees F).

Storage Recommendations: Store in the fridge

How do you send items?

We send orders through Royal Mail Priority Airmail. Items are dispatched the next WORKING day (often the same day), Monday to Friday, (Public Holidays not included).

COMBINED SHIPPING: We love making the shipping cheaper so you can buy more! The price of shipping is calculated by adding a Per Packet Price and a Weight Price. The price shown is for one item. Adding additional items is considerably cheaper as you only have to pay for the extra weight and not the Per Packet Price which is paid only once. Please ask for a Combined Invoice BEFORE YOU PAY. (Must be from the same shop, in the same currency, shipped at the same time, max weight per parcel 2kg.)

If paying by PayPal, only allows us to send it to the PayPal address for Buyer/Seller Protection. If you want it shipped to a different address, please change the address on your PayPal account temporarily before you place your order.

Please make sure your details are correct. Our labelling software will copy it as you have written it. Please check it before you order. (You would be surprised how many addresses, phone numbers and emails are out of date!)

It is the Buyers responsibility to provide an address that is deliverable and that someone is available to take delivery.

will offer an ESTIMATED delivery date. This is an estimation for rough guidance only and not a guaranteed delivery schedule. It does not consider busy seasons or Customs Clearance delays! It does not form any part of our contract. The actual delivery time will be dictated by Border Control and the Delivery Company and is therefore out of our control. Shipping fees are not refunded if delivery is outside ’s estimations.

If ordering just before a busy season, please allow adequate shipping and clearance times. Our responsibility only covers dispatch time and transporting the product to your country on time. The delivery schedule of your domestic delivery service is beyond our control and not covered by our contract. If your delivery is Time Critical, please contact us BEFORE ordering to upgrade delivery to a Timed Delivery Service (at extra cost).

What if I missed the delivery?

It is the Buyers responsibility to provide an address that is deliverable and that someone is available to take delivery if necessary.

Regular Mail: If the Postman or Delivery Driver cannot deliver to you, he should leave a card through your door. This doesn’t always happen especially if it is a relief Postman. Please use your discretion. If you feel the package is running late, please contact your local delivery Depot (this is not necessarily your Post Office) and ask them if they have a package for you. You are very welcome to ask us for help.

International Returns:

We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances after the package has been dispatched, as this part of the contract has already been fulfilled.

If the package is returned to us because you Changed Your Mind, Refused Delivery or Were Unavailable For Delivery or Gave Us The Wrong Details, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.

Buying from us is taken as acceptance of these special conditions.

We don't sell any used or second hand items. Everything is brand new and in stock.

Many of the items on our main site can be found here in our Shop, but if you don't see what you want, please ask, we will be happy to list it for you. We deal with all major suppliers.

You can buy from us with complete peace of mind with our 30 day returns policy.

Please contact us before returning your item to get a Returns Number. We are very friendly and it allows us to track your return back into our system and issue your exchange or refund efficiently.

Return postage must be pre-approved by us when you telephone us to report the problem. We may decide to collect it from you rather than have you return it.

Your item will NOT be accepted back without a Returns Number. We will give you the correct return address to send your particular item.

You can telephone us free of charge if you wish (UK Time). All of our contact information is shown at the bottom of each listing.

International Customers can call our number free of charge using Skype (GMT+0 London Time)

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

If you have received the wrong order, if it is damaged, faulty or 'Not As Described', this is our responsibility and you will receive a full refund including reasonable return postage. Return postage must be pre-approved by us when you telephone us to report the problem. We may decide to collect it from you rather than have you return it.

If you have bought a glass item from us, it is your responsibility to check it UPON DELIVERY. You must tell the delivery person straight away as glass items cannot be reported as broken once used.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and must be returned unused.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

The original invoice and ALL free gifts that came with your order must also be returned unused.

For hygiene reasons, food items and food preparation items cannot be returned once opened or used.

What if I just simply change my mind?

If your order arrives and you simply change your mind or it was not as expected, unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in their original sellable condition. All free gifts and all accessories must also be returned unused, in the same condition.

Food items and perishables (items with a sell-by or Best-Before date) cannot be returned unless Damaged or Not As Described for security reasons as we cannot be sure they have not been tampered with.

If the order is returned through no fault of our own, the Buyer is responsible for return postage and the original delivery costs, whether charged separately or included in the price, will not be refunded. The balance will be credited back to you after your items have been inspected and found to be in their original sellable condition. We do not have a restocking fee.

Please do not return unwanted items that have been used or not in their original sellable condition.

Items are your responsibility until we have accepted them back in their original perfect condition, so please package them properly when returning them.

The original Invoice and all free gifts that came with your order must also be returned unused.

Should I get proof of postage?

It is very important that you send items back using a Proof Of Delivery Service. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Payment Payment

All sales are made through PayPal only.

You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can also use your Credit or Debit Card.

Our postage labelling is automated. Our labels are generated using the address received from the PayPal payment.

If you would like it shipped to a different address, please temporarily change the address on your PayPal account BEFORE paying and then change it back after you have made the order.

Please make your payment in good time. The item is not yours until we have received payment.

If you do not make the payment within a few days, will automatically cancel the order and mark you as a non-payer. If there is a reason why you cannot pay within a few days, please let us know so we can stop this from happening.
